MIRE — The missing’s loved ones are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 30 year old Johnnie Gunter out of the Mire, Louisiana area.
Johnnie was last seen on May 17, 2017 at a residence in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana near the salt mines. He was driving a dark blue Tahoe with black matte rims, green runner lights and a green ‘Avenged Sevenfold’ front plate. The license plate reads 192ANO. He usually wears dark clothing, black t-shirts, jeans, lace up combat boots, baseball hats and dark sunglasses. He smokes Marlboro Red 72s. He also walks with an intermittent limp due to a knee issue, and he speaks with a raspy voice.
Johnnie could be doing odd jobs as he has experience painting billboards and houses and is also very familiar with the wilderness.
He has not been at his job in Broussard, Louisiana nor has he been to see his young daughter – both things are very uncharacteristic. He hangs out in Rayne and Breaux Bridge. He could also be in Mire or Butte LaRose.
Johnnie is described as:
